Welcome to MillenHosting.com. Our goal is to provide a premium webhosting service that includes fast, reliable, problem free network. In order to provide the best level of service, we ask that you agree to the content below.

In general, you may NOT use your MillenHosting.com account:

In a manner which violates any law, regulation, treaty or tariff;
In a manner which violates the rules, regulations and policies of any network, server, web site, database or service provider that you access through your account;
In a manner which is defamatory, fraudulent, indecent, offensive or deceptive;
To threaten, harass, abuse or intimidate others;
To damage the name or reputation of MillenHosting.com, its' affiliates and subsidiaries;
To break security on any computer network, or to access an account which does not belong to you; or
In a manner which interferes with other customers' use and enjoyment of the services provided by MillenHosting.com

Illegal Activity

Any activity on our network that is a violation of any state or federal law is a violation of this policy and will result in immediate termination of service.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Transmitting child pornography
Intentionally spreading or threatening to spread computer viruses
Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any network, including MillenHosting.com private network infrastructure
Accessing or attempting to access information not intended for you
Transmitting pirated software
Conducting or participating in illegal gambling
Soliciting for pyramid and other illegal schemes

MillenHosting does not permit any site that contains: (i) images (including on banner ads) of nude models that appear to be under the age of 18 (in MillenHosting's sole judgment), (ii) sexually explicit images (including on banner ads) of models that appear to be under the age of 18 (in MillenHosting's sole judgment); or (iii) sites containing language promoting child pornography together with any sexually explicit or nude images. As required by federal law in the United States, MillenHosting will report all offenders of this policy to the appropriate federal agency.

Spamming
Sending unsolicited commercial bulk email ("UCE"), news postings or chain letters; advertising transmitting, or otherwise making available any software, program, product, or service that is designed to facilitate sending UCE; use of web pages that allow "spam"ing (known as "ghost sites") that directly or indirectly refers to domains or IP addresses hosted by MillenHosting. MillenHosting reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion what constitutes UCE based on the information available. Sending any email to purchased lists or lists obtained by any other method (such as harvesting) is not acceptable. Customers may ony send email to recepients who have joined mailing lists directly from their site.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: MillenHosting shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Further, MillenHosting shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of MillenHosting servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service. MillenHosting shall be the sole arbiter of what is and is not a violation of these acceptable use policies. MillenHosting reserves the right to terminate an account at any time and for any reason that causes harm to any customer's web sites. MillenHosting reserves the right to delete all content and files upon termination. MillenHosting reserves the right to withhold any pre-paid funds for any site removed for violations of these policies. MillenHosting reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion. MillenHosting reserves the right to change these Policies without prior notice or warning. Non-enforcement of any part of these Policies does not constitute consent. Each account user is responsible for backing up data.

Your website hosting account will be TERMINATED with or without notice if any of the above rules are violated.

MillenHosting has a policy to respect and protect the privacy of its customers and their information that is stored with MillenHosting. MillenHosting will only access and disclose information as necessary to comply with applicable laws and government requests, to provide the MillenHosting Services, to operate or maintain its systems or to protect itself or its customers.
